We Welcome Dr. Steve Cline as Director of Networking and Advocacy
We are pleased to introduce Dr. Steve Cline, DDS, MPH, who has joined Access Dental Care's leadership team as Director of Networking and Advocacy.
Dr. Cline brings an extraordinary depth of experience in public health, healthcare policy, and strategic partnership development. Throughout his distinguished career, he has served in numerous leadership roles across North Carolina, helping shape programs and policies that improve health outcomes for individuals and communities throughout the state.
Steve began his public health career as a dentist with the Wake County Health Department and went on to serve in several key leadership positions within the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, including Chief of the Epidemiology Section, Deputy State Health Director, and Assistant Secretary for Health Information Technology.
Following his retirement from state government, Steve continued his commitment to improving healthcare access and delivery as Vice President for Strategic Partnerships with Community Care of North Carolina. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Oral Health at FHLI (Foundation for Health Leadership & Innovation), where he focused on advancing innovative healthcare initiatives and collaborative partnerships.
In his new role with Access Dental Care, Steve will lead efforts to strengthen strategic relationships, expand advocacy initiatives, and build partnerships that advance our mission of providing comprehensive, high-quality oral healthcare for individuals with special health care needs across North Carolina.
