donation plaque acknowledging your support of special care
dentistry in North Carolina. Each plaque consists of a quality color
print and acrylic display holder complete with an easel attachment
and wall hanging tab. At your discretion each plaque can be
customized to be in memory of or in honor of the person or people
of your choosing.
