Access Dental Care is a non-profit, mobile, onsite provider committed to serving residents in retirement communities, those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in nursing home facilities and group homes, PACE (Programs for All- Inclusive Care for the Elderly) participants, those in the Central North Carolina Health Network HIV/AIDS program, and residents living in the community at-large.

This program was created by the North Carolina Dental Society in 2000 to serve as a model for special care dental services in the state.  We are now considered a national leader, helping define the future of services to vulnerable populations.

What We Do Best:

Continuity of Care – the same quality and frequency of care you received from your dentist of many years.

Comprehensive Care – the complete range of dental services available in the community-at-large.

Compassionate Care – care that takes into account patient behaviors, concerns of responsible parties, and routines of facilities.

All care is supported by an experienced office and clinical team.  A dentist, hygienist and 1 or 2 dental assistant teams work five days each week to provide exceptional care.  The office staff supports patients, responsible parties, and facility personnel.
